The coordinators "guided" us from Ukraine all the way to our return home. So I want to thank all the coordinators and translators very much for their attention and support. Already the next day after the examination, we received all documents in Turkish, and within a week, translations in English and Russian were sent to my email. I am satisfied with everything. The university hospital «Medipol» is equipped with modern equipment. It is clean, cozy, nothing reminds you of illness or surgeries. I was treated by Doctor Mr. Kursat Kajin. He is a good doctor. The clinic has friendly staff. The only problem – no one there knows English. Therefore, communication was only possible through an interpreter.

And, of course, thanks to our interpreter for being with us until the end. The coordinator met us at the airport and immediately took us to a very cool Radisson Blu hotel. The university hospital Medipol – is a very good clinic. It seemed to me that competent specialists work there. The clinic staff themselves picked me up and brought me back. In general, everything was good. The only downside – the clinic is a bit expensive. But otherwise, I recommend the university hospital «Medipol» to everyone.

The Medipol clinic has fairly high prices for tests, but the cost of a doctor's consultation is not high. The doctor didn't tell me anything new. He added one pill and told me how to eat properly. The interpreter helped us understand each other. The service organized the transfer, a room in a good hotel. I was satisfied.

I came to the clinic to have a biopsy. At the airport, I was met by a doctor-coordinator who organized the transfer. Upon arrival at the clinic, the doctor performed the procedure. I was dissatisfied with the visit to the university hospital «Medipol». The equipment there is modern, the neurologist doctor received us normally, but we did not proceed with further examination. The apartment they provided us was dirty. My children and I were even afraid to sit on the sofa – everything was stained, dust, garbage. Unfortunately, the clinic is very expensive, despite the fact that the website says: below average price category. I did some tests in Ukraine, having discussed this with the service, and when I arrived at the hospital, the doctor forced me to redo everything.

When I was planning to go, I was told that the clinic would do many tests, take a puncture, and do an MRI. Upon arrival, I was placed in a room different from the one booked. It cost 10 USD more per day. At the clinic, apart from a blood test, no one took anything. I got the same result as in my home country. I never saw the clinic coordinator. An interpreter was constantly with me. She is a very good, sensible girl. They sent us the discharge summary in Turkish, but promised it in Russian and English. We received the translation into Russian thanks to the persistence of the service coordinator. He is very capable. Without him, I wouldn't have managed at all.

I didn't like that the coordinator doctor did not translate into Turkish the tests and results of previous studies that I sent earlier by email. As a result, a lot of difficulties arose. We had to take additional tests, which are not cheap.
