I want to express my immense gratitude to the entire staff of the "Himchan" clinic! I came here for the replacement of both knee joints, and I have only the best impressions.

The wonderful, attentive, and caring translator Svetlana accompanied me and my daughter, who came with me, from the very first day. I was operated on by Dr. Park Seung Jun, and I owe my excellent well-being now to his professionalism. The clinic's rehabilitation specialists helped me get back on my feet, for whom, it seems, nothing is impossible.

Absolutely all staff, doctors and nurses, acted very precisely and carefully. My daughter also underwent an examination here and was satisfied. She got answers to all her questions and received comprehensive consultations.

I contacted "Himchan" last year to undergo an examination.

As soon as I arrived, I was impressed by the organization: I was met, taken to the right office, given a change of clothes (my own things could be left in a lockable locker). I had to wait before the CT scan, but fortunately, the queue was small. The coordinator anticipated everything and explained in advance what I needed to do during the procedures because, in the office, all instructions are given in Korean.

I received the results the next morning—in English, recorded on a disc and on paper.

Serious problems with my joints arose, and I started looking for treatment options abroad. I was recommended several specialized clinics, and I settled on "Himchan"—I liked the prices and the doctors' resumes. The chief doctor himself, Park Seung Jun, agreed to take me for surgery. Now everything is fine, several months later no complications have arisen.

The only thing I didn't like about the clinic—the building itself is a bit cramped, very narrow corridors. But overall, the clinic is very well-designed, convenient for patients. The staff is attentive, they immediately come to help if a patient needs something. Translators are no exception, I don't know what I would have done without them being in touch all day: they either went with me to procedures and appointments or consulted by phone.

After another exacerbation, when it became painful to walk, I went to Korea for joint replacement. I was 100% sure that the knee joint would have to be replaced, so I wanted to do it abroad. To my surprise, a doctor from "Himchan" said that surgery could be avoided. I didn't believe it at first, but the treatment yielded results! Maybe someday I will still have to undergo surgery, but now it is definitely not necessary.

Thirty years ago, I began to develop post-traumatic osteoarthritis in both knee joints. Severe pain and twisted legs didn't allow me to live a normal life.

And now I'm here, at "Himchan" clinic.

Thanks to the high professionalism of the head doctor, orthopedist, Professor So Dong Hyun, my legs became straight, and I started walking like an ordinary person.

Knee replacement surgery was performed. The team of specialists under the guidance of Dr. So carried it out flawlessly.

The entire clinic staff is distinguished by discipline and are experts in their field. They are responsive and ready to help at any second.

I'd especially like to note the hospital coordinator, Svetlana. Her good command of languages, punctuality, attentiveness, and optimistic attitude help patients undergo treatment.

I thank physiotherapist Park Min Young, who helped me go through rehabilitation, which is part of the treatment.

My immense gratitude to Dr. So Dong Hyun and his team of specialists for the excellently performed work and giving me the opportunity to live a full life.

After my arrival, the examination was scheduled, and the operation was scheduled for the very next day! Of course, I was scared at first, but everything around inspired 100% confidence, and later I realized I had made the right choice. I searched for a doctor in Russia for a long time because it was a serious injury, but it turned out I went to Korea. My rehabilitation started immediately after the operation and lasted for 10 days. I am glad that I can already move without pain. The doctor explained the main restrictions, but they are temporary, and I look forward to being able to lead an active life again.
