I went through a long journey—2 surgeries and 7 chemotherapy sessions—and can confidently say that treatment abroad is a worthy alternative to Russian medicine. At first, it was scary to travel from Yakutia to unfamiliar Korea, but thanks to the help of Vernal employees, everything went without problems.

I am grateful to all the staff at KUIMS and especially to my surgeon, Dr. Lee, for their care and delicate approach.

In December 2015, I was diagnosed with cancer. At the end of the month, I had surgery, then, in 2016, treatment, examinations, and radiation therapy began. My doctor recommended a PET (positron emission tomography) scan, and I decided to have it done in Korea, at KUIMS Clinic in Seoul.

It turned out there is a special waiting room for foreign patients where I waited for my attending physician. There is a comfortable sofa, a TV with programs in Russian, books, tea and coffee, and, of course, other patients from Russia. We constantly met in the center and supported each other – it helped a lot to brighten my time in Seoul.

At the KUIMS medical center, I was amazed at how clearly and logically the work is organized. Examinations are painless, results are available quickly – as early as the next morning. Doctors do everything possible to find an accurate diagnosis and, in a purely human way, treat patients' problems attentively and seriously. The center's coordinators never leave you alone: they will take you to the right office, translate everything, and advise you.

I am glad I went for diagnostics in South Korea.

My husband and I came to the clinic for the second time to have his intestines examined. During the colonoscopy, the doctor discovered polyps and immediately removed them. We were accompanied by an interpreter the whole time. She helped us communicate with the doctors. We are satisfied with the service.

When my mother was diagnosed with liver cancer, we contacted the service. We were offered the «QIMS» clinic. How wrong we were to agree. Upon arrival at the hospital, we waited in the waiting room for about five hours. Then my mother was placed in a small, stuffy room, and my father was offered to sleep on a mattress that rolls out from under the bed. We waited half a day for the MRI, and the procedure itself lasted about forty minutes. All this time my mother was very cold. To reduce the pain, the doctors gave her medicine containing paracetamol. It didn't help because in Russia my mother was given morphine. After discharge from the hospital, we never received the discharge documents. It is not worth going for treatment to this clinic.

I came for an examination, I am satisfied. The clinic is clean and cozy. All procedures were completed on time. The doctor's appointment is quite expensive and paid separately. You shouldn't expect a lot of attention here; within about ten minutes he commented on the tests - and that's it, goodbye. The clinic does not treat with unverified methods or unclear diseases like dystonia.

I sent my father for treatment to «QIMS», the international medical service of Kyung Hee. He received qualified help in selecting treatment. The support was excellent. Everything in the clinic is top-notch, only the prices are excessively high. Thank you for the support and help. We will definitely contact hospitals-travel for repeated treatment.

With the help of the service, I visited the QIMS clinic of the international medical service of Kyung Hee in Korea. As it turned out, it is an ordinary clinic. I didn't see anything special. After the doctor prescribed good medications that reduced the pain in my knee joint, my condition improved. During the visit, I had very good interpreters. Since I had insurance, the clinic provided a 50% discount.

Everything in the clinic is organized properly. The examination took little time. The interpreter was constantly nearby. The doctors quickly conducted the examinations using modern equipment. I will be completely satisfied when they send the results of the remaining tests and the examination report.

I liked everything, but I expected something extraordinary for such money. There are better hospitals in Russia than QIMS. And the cost of treatment is lower, and the doctors are no worse. I got the impression that the examination was like on a conveyor belt. The cost of consultations with narrow specialists in Korea is unreasonably high. The staff is polite and attentive. They perform procedures well. My research results turned out to be the same as at home. I didn't learn anything new, I just spent money.

Everything is great!!! Five stars!!! I really liked it, the service of the KUIMS clinic, the service of the doctors, professors, very fast and well-coordinated. I am returning to this hospital for the second time. I am very grateful that they keep my records, and the doctor was so attentive that he retrieved them and compared the test results with the new data. They did a thyroid biopsy and several other tests. They changed something in the medication plan. It's very nice to entrust your health to such professionals.

I really liked everything in terms of organization. I contacted the coordinator. She met me and accompanied me through all stages of treatment. The doctor's appointment itself did not last long. I was offered different treatment options. I received clear answers to all my questions. We settled on taking pills, using ointments and lotions. The doctor also wanted to conduct a consultation on how to properly care for the skin, but I refused it. After the appointment, I took tests and received all the medications. I will come for a follow-up consultation in 2 weeks.

 I do not recommend this hospital to anyone.

I am grateful to everyone for this offer. The examination was quick. The doctor prescribed treatment at the first consultation. A coordinator accompanied me to all procedures. Then I was given recommendations on how to continue treatment at home. My face became clear, and I can go outside without embarrassment again. I recommend the clinic to everyone who needs professional medical help.

At QVIMS, I had a consultation with a gynecologist. I suffer from heavy menstruation, and my doctor hasn't been able to help me for over a year. I decided to get a second opinion and started looking for a gynecologist through the service. My opinion of the clinic is that everything is fine. I was seen on time, the doctor was polite and gave the impression of a competent specialist. I am currently taking pills and will come for a follow-up consultation in two months.
