I liked the clinic. Comfortable conditions for children staying with parents are created there. The doctors are very attentive. The food is excellent. I want to thank the service employees for their professional work. Everything was done at the highest level, both the organization of the trip and the support.

I have long planned to undergo treatment abroad. After I left a request on the hospitals-travel website, a manager called me and offered several clinics specializing in the treatment of my pathology. I preferred LIV DENTAL CLINIC due to good reviews from patients who were treated there. But it turned out not to be so simple. The staff does not speak English at all. The examination is poorly organized. I had to stand in queues for a long time. I do not advise contacting this clinic.

I came to the clinic accompanied by my husband. A coordinator met us at the airport and organized the transfer. After additional examination, I successfully underwent surgery. What a joy it was when I saw the world again. It's bad that the staff doesn't speak English at all. When there was no translator nearby, I had to explain myself with gestures.

I have only positive impressions of the clinic: a high European level of service, friendly staff, cleanliness and comfort. The staff, starting from reception, is polite to patients. I got the impression that the doctors are highly qualified. They listened to me, answered all questions in detail, explained what needed to be done. Huge thanks to the translator who accompanied me at all stages of the examination. He is a consistent and competent person. The coordinators professionally ensured the organization of the treatment process on site. The service specialists booked the best hotel. I recommend to my acquaintances, if they have a health problem, to contact hospitals-travel.
