I was a patient at Bethanien Hospital. I came there with breast cancer. Until the last moment, I hoped that it would be possible to avoid surgery, but my wishes did not come true. The doctors said it was better to remove the tumor to prevent recurrences, since chemotherapy was not yielding results. I am glad that I had the operation right here, because I do not trust doctors in Russia. And it is unlikely that at home everything would have gone with such attitude and professionalism. After all, medicine abroad has advanced much further and we cannot keep up with it.
