The trip to the clinic evoked very mixed feelings. Everything stipulated in the contract was fulfilled, but the services were of very dubious quality, starting with assistance and coordination in the clinic and ending with the translator and communication. For the money I paid, I wanted to consult with a professor, but I was seen by an ordinary doctor. And he didn't say anything new either.

The service helps with all issues. The care department's coordinating doctor tried their best so that we had no difficulties. I am very grateful to them. The doctors did everything so that I could forget about the delicate problem.

I conscientiously took the medications prescribed to me, but the tremor in my hands was not decreasing. I decided to get a consultation at another clinic. Now I can say that I am satisfied with how I was received. The doctor was attentive. I think he knows his job. I have already started taking the medicine he prescribed for me. Thank you.

This clinic is not intended for treating patients who need a kidney transplant because passing the ethics committee is simply impossible, and without its conclusion, no one will perform the operation. The clinic has poor service organization. Our translators were constantly changing, and their level of qualification is very low. They are unable to translate medical documentation. Despite the fact that we came to the clinic by invitation, no one met us. Additional tests had to be done constantly. As a result, half a million rubles spent and zero results.

I really liked everything. The doctors and nurses are very good and attentive. And special thanks for the help and support to the coordinating doctor. She always resolved all issues very quickly. The service staff did everything possible so that during a difficult time for myself, I did not feel discomfort. At "Apollo" hospital it is clean, there are no smells that would remind you of a hospital. Patient care is excellent.
