I liked everything at the Teknon medical center. It is clean, cozy, and has a lot of modern equipment. The doctor was very polite and competently answered all my questions. The interpreters worked professionally. I underwent surgery using microscopic equipment, after which the headaches stopped. Now I feel good. I will recommend the service and the clinic to my acquaintances.

I did not like my visit to the HELIOS Berlin-Buch clinic. Everything was bad. During the consultation, the doctor did not say anything new. The medical staff is arrogant. The coordinator tried to brighten my stay at the clinic and solve emerging issues, but this was not always effective.

I underwent a course of treatment for melanoma at the HELIOS Berlin-Buch clinic. I have a good impression of the doctors and medical staff. The doctor explained everything competently during the consultation, so I had no questions about further treatment. Thanks to the professionalism of the interpreter, I had no communication problems. I was satisfied with the treatment. Knee joint replacement is a complex operation that I could not decide on for a long time. I contacted Hospitals Travel and they helped me choose a worthy clinic. The staff was very attentive. The consultant spoke English perfectly, and this greatly facilitated communication. The surgeon explained everything in great detail and clearly before the operation. The only hiccup that occurred during the entire time was the issue of nutrition. But it was resolved fairly quickly. 

Visiting the Helios Hospital in Krefeld was a complete disaster for me. The service provided incorrect information about the cost of services. Despite the fact that I had all the studies, I am returning to Spain without receiving any new information.
