The visit went wonderfully. Memorial Sisli Hospital has wonderful medical staff. I underwent diagnostic procedures and received a prescription. The service staff supported me all the time. The coordinator scheduled the procedures, so I didn't waste time standing in line. Thank you to the service employees, doctors and nurses of Memorial Sisli for their professionalism and courtesy.

I decided to undergo a comprehensive VIP examination at Memorial «Sisli» Hospital. During my stay at the hospital, I had some problems, which the company resolved promptly. The contact persons answered all questions and provided support. I was unpleasantly surprised when, after undergoing additional tests, their results were announced not by the doctor but by the interpreter. And the day before, I was offered to pay extra for a professor's consultation. After my demand to still arrange a meeting with the professor, a nurse came and said that my test results were normal. I demanded a refund for the service not provided. I managed to get compensation after lengthy negotiations with the hospital coordinator. I will never undergo a Check-up examination at this hospital again.

The girls who worked with me were fluent in Russian. The hospital staff speaks even English poorly, and this creates communication difficulties. The hospital has a lot of modern equipment, and the doctor was able to quickly establish an accurate diagnosis.
