I had to undergo surgery to remove my breast. Having become closely acquainted with domestic medicine, I decided that I would go abroad for breast reconstruction. I chose Bangkok Hospital Pattaya when I learned that it is a very popular and modern medical center.

I have many impressions from visiting the clinic!

It all started at the airport, where we were met by a man who quickly checked if the documents were filled out correctly and escorted us through the entire airport to the waiting car, not letting us get lost. At the same time, he was very courteous and polite.

We got to the hotel, and the next morning a coordinator contacted us. He warned me that I had examinations coming up, before which I couldn't eat — thank him, otherwise I would have had to reschedule both the tests and the surgery. Fortunately, the diagnostics went calmly, but the next day, during the doctor's appointment, we encountered a problem.

It turned out that we were given the wrong price! First, they counted one additional procedure, second — simply the wrong operation. The coordinator (a different one, not the one who met us) inaccurately translated to the doctor what I wanted to do and quoted the price for a different surgery. As a result, it turned out that the one I needed costs one and a half times more than what we expected.

Fortunately, the clinic accommodated us. They did what was needed and for the money we originally agreed upon. They didn't send me home or try to push a different surgery on me. Moreover, such a huge discount did not affect the attitude of the doctors and nurses towards me: the conditions were simply fabulous. They are very sincere — you really believe in their smiles and care, you really understand that they care.

The horror I had to endure once helped me learn what medicine and doctors can be like.
