GangNeung Asan Hospital

Gangneung Asan is a clinic that opened in 1996. It is located in the picturesque city of Gangneung on the eastern coast of Korea. It is one of the largest medical centers in its region, featuring:

• 32 departments and 9 specialized centers in oncology, cardiology, organ transplantation, and spinal surgery;

• an inpatient facility with 850 beds;

• becoming the first clinic in Gangwon Province to begin performing kidney and liver transplants, as well as conducting a simultaneous liver and pancreas transplant;

One of the clinic’s key advantages is its convenient location - 30 minutes from Yangyang Airport or the port, 10 minutes from the bus terminal, with free shuttle service. The trip from Incheon Airport takes 3 hours, but fortunately, the clinic also arranges transportation.
