About the clinic

Ichilov Medical Center, also known as the Sourasky Medical Center, is one of Israel’s largest medical facilities, covering an area of 250,000 square meters.

This “medical city” in the heart of Tel Aviv serves over 1.8 million patients annually, with 400,000 receiving inpatient care. The center employs more than 1,100 physicians, allowing patients to choose specialists based on their education and experience. Many of the doctors are professors at Tel Aviv University’s medical faculty and have completed international fellowships.

Department obstetrics and gynecology

Gynecologists, oncologists, obstetricians, neonatologists, and specialists in infertility treatment make appointments at the Lis center. They are referred to by patients with such problems as:

endometriosis,
hormonal imbalance during menopause;
fallopian tube obstruction;
erosions and other pathologies of the cervix.

A separate category of clients of Lis is couples who want to have a child, and pregnant women. The former can undergo DNA screening to identify genetic pathologies. The latter come to conduct pregnancy and childbirth in a comfortable and safe environment. This is especially important for patients with difficult pregnancies.

Lis specialists deliver more than 12,000 deliveries a year.
