ID Hospital is a plastic surgery hospital founded in 2004, certified by the Korean Ministry of Health, and recipient of multiple professional awards. Its distinguishing feature is that the founder and chief surgeon specializes not just in plastic surgery, but specifically in craniofacial bone studies. This was the hospital’s original focus — facial bone surgery, bite correction, and reshaping of the jaw and cheekbones.
Over time, the hospital expanded, adding new departments and broadening its scope. In 2005, the ID Dental Center was established under the ID brand, followed by branches in Indonesia and Japan.
Currently, ID Hospital offers:
-
Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery)
-
Rhinoplasty (nose reshaping)
-
Mammoplasty (breast surgery)
-
Rejuvenation procedures — including lipofilling and facelifts
-
Body contouring — including liposuction and abdominoplasty
The hospital’s surgeons actively participate in international conferences, write textbooks, and develop and patent their own surgical techniques. Weekly multidisciplinary meetings are held where specialists discuss complex cases and share expertise.
ID Hospital occupies a spacious five-story building meeting modern safety standards. It features a multi-level infection control system and uninterruptible power supply, protecting the hospital from electrical fluctuations.
