The HIFU Prostate Cancer Treatment Center in Warsaw is a specialized medical institution offering a full range of services in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of malignant prostate tumors. The clinic’s physicians and management were the first in Poland to implement the HIFU method (treatment of hyperplasia using high-frequency focused ultrasound).

The clinic’s team consists of competent professionals, many of whom hold doctoral and professorial degrees. They develop the most productive and effective treatment programs for each individual case, depending on the form, stage, course, and other characteristics of the pathology. Before creating a therapeutic plan, comprehensive diagnostics are conducted, including CT scans of the abdominal cavity and pelvis, MRI and ultrasound of the prostate, biopsy, PSA blood testing, and other procedures.

In addition to the innovative ultrasound method, the HIFU Prostate Cancer Treatment Center employs the following procedures:

  • Prostate resection under Da Vinci robotic control

  • Irradiation of “borderline” hyperplasias with a HoLEP laser (“green laser”)

  • Contact radiation therapy (prostate brachytherapy)

  • Poly- and mono-chemotherapy according to an individual protocol

  • Intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemotherapy HIPEC or PIPAC (in cases of dissemination of metastases in the abdominal cavity)

  • Radiofrequency tumor ablation

Therapy regimens are selected strictly on an individual basis, contributing to more pronounced and stable effects. After treatment, a rehabilitation program is provided to consolidate the therapeutic result and protect the patient from disease recurrence.
