Diapasi is a rehabilitation center that helps people with diseases of the musculoskeletal system, neurological and oncological diseases, and age-related diseases. Rehabilitologists, neurologists, cardiologists, and physiotherapists work with patients. Taking into account the patient's capabilities, they create individual rehabilitation programs.
The spacious and comfortable 110-patient facility is located on the picturesque Peloponnese Peninsula, in the city of Kalamata. The territory of the center is not only beautiful and surrounded by gardens, but also adapted for people with disabilities. And the fresh sea air helps no less than the efforts of doctors.
Modernity is one of the main advantages of the center, because here not only standard methods (manual, hydro, physiotherapy) are used for rehabilitation, but also:
- diagnostic technique for proper assessment of the patient's condition and treatment planning;
- a huge selection of fitness equipment for balance training and strength exercises;
- Robotic ArmeoSpring, Erigo, and Lokomoat systems help restore mobility to paralyzed patients and avoid complications.;
- horse riding, which helps to restore not only physical, but also mental health.
The wards are equipped with nurse call buttons, air conditioning with automatic temperature control, and shower cabins: for patient safety, there is an anti-slip floor. Meals are selected by a nutritionist.
An international department with Russian-speaking staff has been opened at the Diapasi Center. Translation services, as well as round-trip transfers, accommodation, meals, are included in the cost of rehabilitation programs. But an additional payment is required for the accommodation of the accompanying person.
