What documents are required

After agreeing on the arrival date with the clinic, you must wait for her official invitation, which will give you the right to obtain a visa. With this invitation, you need to contact the embassy of the state and collect a package of documents. Each State offers its own specific list.

But in any case, you will need:

• passport:
• income information. If the treatment is paid for by another person, and not by the patient, it is necessary to formalize a sponsorship agreement.;
• certificate from the place of work (study) or pension certificate;
• medical documentation translated into English or the language of the country where you are going for treatment.
