The clinic has poor service organization. Our translators were constantly changing, and their level of qualification is very low. They are unable to translate medical documentation. Despite the fact that we came to the clinic by invitation, no one met us. Additional tests had to be done constantly. As a result, half a million rubles spent and zero results.
