I came to the clinic accompanied by my husband. A coordinator met us at the airport and organized the transfer. After additional examination, I successfully underwent surgery. What a joy it was when I saw the world again. It's bad that the staff doesn't speak English at all. When there was no translator nearby, I had to explain myself with gestures.

The conditions in the clinic are excellent, but the diagnostics are not. I think that more close attention could have been paid to the results of those studies that I brought with me. I believe that I had to undergo some procedures in vain. Hospitals travel, thank you for organizing the trip

I planned to have laser vision correction. But after the first examination, the doctor said there were risks of complications. We got the same result after the second diagnosis. Although I couldn't solve my problem, I am very grateful to the staff for their politeness and attentiveness. Even though the surgery would be financially beneficial for them, they protect their reputation and consider even minimal risks. Special thanks to the coordinator and translator.

I am satisfied with everything. The university hospital «Medipol» is equipped with modern equipment. It is clean, cozy, nothing reminds you of illness or surgeries. I was treated by Doctor Mr. Kursat Kajin. He is a good doctor. The clinic has friendly staff. The only problem – no one there knows English. Therefore, communication was only possible through an interpreter.

Hello, everyone. I had eyelid surgery performed at "Estetik International". During my stay at the clinic, I received tremendous pleasure from communicating with both the doctors and the rest of the staff. The doctors and nurses are brilliant. They did everything to ensure the treatment did not cause discomfort. Thanks to the care of the doctor-coordinator, everything went perfectly.

Unfortunately, the clinic is very expensive, despite the fact that the website says: below average price category. I did some tests in Ukraine, having discussed this with the service, and when I arrived at the hospital, the doctor forced me to redo everything.

At "LIV DENTAL CLINIC" I had an operation to install an artificial lens. A very good clinic! I was afraid to undergo the procedure, but the doctors here inspire trust, and the staff is very friendly and caring! I am glad that I was helped to find this medical center because the operation went smoothly, and I see excellently. The only drawback was the language barrier. The administration does not always speak English, so there was a communication problem with the hospital when organizing the trip, but it was quickly resolved on the spot. Once again, I was convinced of the quality of customer service and the excellent work of the clinic.
