Thanks to the service, I underwent a treatment course at the international hospital «Bumrungrad». The service at the hospital is truly excellent, and the quality of room cleaning – is simply amazing. Doctors and nurses are very modest and treat patients really well. I believe they perform all procedures professionally. Communication with the staff is only possible through an interpreter because most clinic employees only speak Thai.

My visit to Bumrungrad Hospital went great. The doctor has a good level of English, and I speak it quite well, so we could communicate without an interpreter. After the examination, the doctor prescribed treatment that should resolve my gynecological health problem.  I started the procedures. I liked the polite treatment by the medical staff, the cleanliness and coziness of the clinic.

Excellent clinic! The service is simply five-star. The renovation is also excellent. The staff is friendly and responsive. All procedures are carried out with minimal waiting time. Very comfortable living conditions, cleanliness is constantly maintained. And Thailand itself is beautiful; I combined my examination with a pleasant vacation. I will recommend Bumrungrad to my friends.

I take good care of my health. Therefore, I undergo an examination every year. For the third year in a row, I choose this clinic, and every time I am satisfied. Good service, pleasant communication with the staff. The examination is carried out quickly and efficiently. I recommend it to everyone.

I am 52 years old, I have no health complaints, but I decided to get checked. I was satisfied with everything at the clinic. The hospital building is very modern and very well organized. When you arrive,   someone from the administration will help with registration and then take you to the clinic where your appointment is scheduled. You may have to wait to see a doctor, but everything is within reasonable limits. In my case, I think I should have made an appointment with a surgeon right away, not an endocrinologist. It took two days before the endocrinologist to repeat the same procedure I had done in Bahrain, that is, to repeat the ultrasound, which turned out to be an exact copy of the report made in Bahrain. And one new test was done. Anyway, after meeting again with the endocrinologist with the ultrasound and lab results, she decided to refer me to a surgeon who looked at the ultrasound results as well as the biopsy reports. He recommended surgery to remove the right lobe of the thyroid gland. He said if the nodule found there is cancerous, then the left lobe should also be removed. A period of two weeks is recommended for surgery and subsequent observation. I asked for a treatment cost estimate, after which I was given an approximate estimate for the surgery. I did not agree to the surgery at the clinic because the cost was three times higher than the cost of the same surgery in Bahrain. And it did not cover accommodation, food, and medicine expenses.

Thailand – is a beautiful country, but it is very difficult to communicate with Thais. During the examination, I communicated with doctors through an interpreter. The difficulty was that not all medical staff understood English. The diagnosis was carried out qualitatively and quickly.  There was a problem with food, as Thai cuisine is very different from European cuisine.

The examination went quite comfortably. The main problem I had to face was purchasing medicines according to the prescriptions issued by doctors.

The clinic has an excellent medical team providing effective care and professional services. The wards are clean and comfortable. The surgery was successful. The staff's attitude is good, communication is pleasant. I recommend it.

I visited Bumrungrad clinic for HIV treatment. I really liked it here. I had an excellent hotel room, I was taken to the clinic by car. The doctors were very tactful and caring. My curator helped me not to lose heart and tried to support me all the time during the examinations. I have pleasant impressions of the treatment here. My wife and I came to the international hospital «Bumrungrad» to find out why she cannot get pregnant. I had examinations with a doctor who deals with male problems. He is accommodating and responsive. All clinic staff were polite. I did not experience any discomfort during the examination. After receiving the recommendations, my wife and I will plan the pregnancy. We hope that conception will be successful and she will carry the baby without complications.

I requested a consultation for my fifteen-year-old daughter. She has a congenital heart defect. I sent the entire package of documents and waited a long time for the first consultation. How surprised I was when she was examined by an adult cardiologist. The next day we were consulted by a pediatrician, and then – a third doctor. But he also does not perform the atrial septal defect closure procedure himself. What is the point of all this? Besides, the cost of the examination and procedure is also too high compared to other pediatric cardiology clinics.

To solve the problem with the lower part of the spine, I chose Bumrungrad, and I was satisfied with my choice. The hospital is in perfect order, clean. It looks like a five-star hotel and meets international standards. My doctor is a very good neuro-doctor. He was always attentive and kind. All other hospital staff are also very courteous and ready to help.

Everything went very well. The nurses and assistants are very polite. The doctors explain in detail why tests and procedures are needed. All appointments are carried out very quickly, without unnecessary delays. Living in the clinic is very comfortable. I recommend it.

When I discovered a nevus, I contacted hospitals-travel. Of the hospitals offered to me, I chose the international hospital «Bumrungrad». At the first consultation, the doctor suggested I remove the growth. The operation was successful. The laboratory results are good. They applied a cosmetic suture, so the scar will not be visible.

I would like to note that the service has excellent coordinators. They perfectly organized my visit to the international hospital Bumrungrad, but did not inform the clinic's coordinator of my arrival. I liked the doctor immediately. He was kind and tried to help me. The other staff is terrible. The nurses could not answer a single question. It seemed they had never heard of sterility and hygiene.

I am so pleased with the service coordinator! This amazing woman did not leave my mother's side for a minute. She did everything to brighten up the stay in the hospital.

I want to share my impressions of the treatment at the international hospital Bumrungrad. In my opinion, experienced doctors and nurses work there. They are very responsible in performing their professional duties. Everyone treated me very patiently. I was recommended cosmetologists from this clinic by friends who had already been here. Somehow I don't want to put up with age-related changes on my face, I decided to get rid of forehead wrinkles. I felt good at the clinic. On the first day, I had some tests done. On the second day, I was taken for stenting. I have lung cancer. Bumrungrad in Thailand – is one of the few places where patients are given a chance. It was a wonderful trip. They organized my transfer and treated me very courteously. The treatment also went well. They closed my dilated veins and prescribed medication to prevent clots from forming there. The conditions for the patient are very comfortable. Accommodation, food, free time.
