I contacted the service because domestic doctors could not establish an accurate diagnosis. They helped me choose a clinic, arranged a consultation with a professor, and booked a plane ticket. A coordinator met me at the airport. The service car was provided on time. The hotel room is comfortable. Now an accurate diagnosis (systemic lupus erythematosus) has been established, and I am undergoing treatment. The doctor is very attentive, the medical staff is polite. I am very satisfied with the service and the clinic.

LIV – is a very large hospital. The wards are spacious, with comfortable conditions created for patients. There is also a folding chair for the accompanying person. Food was brought for both of us. The doctor inspired trust from the very first consultation. A whole team of surgeons worked on my operation, and they are all great professionals. The nurses also always helped a lot. I am very pleased with everything.

The translator was attentive and accurate in interpretations, the hospital staff – friendly, and the doctors – extremely attentive.  I was impressed by all the amenities in the hospital, the quality of my full medical check-up by all specialists.
