The clinic specializes in the treatment of type 1 diabetes mellitus in children and young people aged 0–25 years.

A distinctive feature of the clinic is its comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to disease management. At Dialibre Clinic, patients receive:

  • diagnostic examinations,

  • consultation with an endocrinologist/diabetologist,

  • consultation with a dietitian,

  • consultation with a psychologist,

  • training at a diabetes education school.

The availability of online consultations makes it possible to receive medical care regardless of the patient’s place of residence. Online consultations are also conducted between in-person visits, according to an individually agreed schedule.

Depending on the physician’s recommendations, patients are provided with insulin therapy devices and related consumables for the duration of the treatment program.

Currently, the clinic uses the following technologies:

  • insulin pumps,

  • continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems,

  • integrated systems,

  • consumables (for insulin pumps: cannulas, catheters, batteries; for continuous glucose monitoring systems: sensors).

Support for international patients is provided by the clinic’s International Department staff.
