Mitte Clinic is a comprehensive diagnostic and treatment center whose history began in 1975 in Berlin. The hospital belongs to the Red Cross organization and includes a wide range of specialized and interdisciplinary departments, such as internal medicine, surgery, gastroenterology, oncology, and others. The clinic houses a respiratory and sleep medicine department that treats obstructive sleep apnea, chronic snoring, and various somnological disorders. The hospital is certified by stringent quality control organizations, including KTQ, ISO, and JCI.

The inpatient department of Mitte Clinic can accommodate up to 260 patients simultaneously. Each year, approximately 13,000 patients receive inpatient treatment, while 40,000 patients are treated on an outpatient basis. The hospital is equipped with everything necessary for high-quality diagnostics and effective treatment of a wide range of somatic diseases—from next-generation high-powered imaging systems to robot-assisted surgical technologies. Its own scientific, clinical, and laboratory research facilities ensure the accuracy and reliability of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Surgeons at Mitte Clinic prefer minimally invasive and microsurgical techniques, which significantly improve recovery times and overall patient outcomes. Rehabilitation programs are supervised by physicians to ensure effective consolidation of treatment results and prevention of complications.

Patients are accommodated in comfortable rooms with 1 to 4 beds. The hospital offers a library, cafeteria, and newspaper kiosk. Upon request, three meals a day can be arranged on-site. Thanks to its central location, patients also have the opportunity to explore Berlin’s landmarks during their treatment.
