Treatment in Berlin, Germany

I liked everything at the Teknon medical center. It is clean, cozy, and has a lot of modern equipment. The doctor was very polite and competently answered all my questions. The interpreters worked professionally. I underwent surgery using microscopic equipment, after which the headaches stopped. Now I feel good. I will recommend the service and the clinic to my acquaintances.

I did not like my visit to the HELIOS Berlin-Buch clinic. Everything was bad. During the consultation, the doctor did not say anything new. The medical staff is arrogant. The coordinator tried to brighten my stay at the clinic and solve emerging issues, but this was not always effective.

I underwent a course of treatment for melanoma at the HELIOS Berlin-Buch clinic. I have a good impression of the doctors and medical staff. The doctor explained everything competently during the consultation, so I had no questions about further treatment. Thanks to the professionalism of the interpreter, I had no communication problems. I was satisfied with the treatment. Knee joint replacement is a complex operation that I could not decide on for a long time. I contacted Hospitals Travel and they helped me choose a worthy clinic. The staff was very attentive. The consultant spoke English perfectly, and this greatly facilitated communication. The surgeon explained everything in great detail and clearly before the operation. The only hiccup that occurred during the entire time was the issue of nutrition. But it was resolved fairly quickly. 

Visiting the Helios Hospital in Krefeld was a complete disaster for me. The service provided incorrect information about the cost of services. Despite the fact that I had all the studies, I am returning to Spain without receiving any new information.

The surgeons at the HELIOS Berlin-Buch clinic successfully performed an operation on my wife. Recovery is faster than we expected. It is also pleasant that the cost of treatment is 40% lower than in Singapore. The hospital is located not far from the city. We are grateful to the team, which includes Dr. Elina, Darya and Polina. They constantly took care of my wife.

We liked the clinic. The employees are true professionals. The kitchen for patients is not too varied, but quite decent. The room seemed a bit cramped, but generally not bad. As for payment for services, everything is honest here, what we planned is what we spent. Thank you to everyone who worked with us.

Only thanks to the doctors of the HELIOS Berlin-Buch clinic did I develop a desire to continue fighting for life. They convinced me that the result would be positive. The nurses perform procedures professionally. I am satisfied with the service for providing the opportunity to be treated at this medical center.

For 10 years I suffered from a habitual shoulder dislocation - a Bankart lesion. And so I decided to get rid of the disease. I left a request on the service website, and half an hour later a coordinator called me. He advised what examinations were necessary to decide on the operation. When the CT and MRI results were ready, I sent them to different clinics. Within a week, I received a surgery plan and its cost from all medical centers. The coordinator and I chose what seemed to us the most adequate clinic, which showed an individual approach to my pathology. The morning after arriving at the clinic, I had surgery. I am grateful to Professor Clayton N. Kraft and the operating surgeon Klaus Sternemann for relieving my pain and restoring the function of my arm.

The staff was top-notch. Many thanks to Professor Glass for his hard work. I was constantly looked after by the service employees, who solved all emerging issues. I have only the best memories of my stay at the HELIOS Berlin-Buch clinic. I will recommend it to my acquaintances.
