The Sverdlovsk Region Nuclear Medicine Center is the first specialized clinic in the region to offer radiation diagnostics and therapy for various conditions, primarily oncological diseases. The institution has been operating in Yekaterinburg since 2015. Its priority focus is early diagnosis of somatic diseases, especially tumors. Each year, more than 12,000 patients undergo examinations here, and over 80% of them receive effective treatment and achieve long-term remission due to early disease detection.
The center’s equipment is distinguished by its high technological level and innovation. The clinic acquires premium, high-cost medical equipment from manufacturers in Europe, Asia, and the United States. Currently, next-generation systems from General Electric are in operation, enabling the rapid detection of tumors and metastatic lesions with diameters as small as 5 mm in all tissues and structures of the human body.
Radiation levels and equipment emissions are continuously monitored by a dosimetry service operating around the clock, ensuring additional safety for both patients and staff.
The Sverdlovsk Region Nuclear Medicine Center maintains close cooperation with leading oncology centers in Russia and abroad. This collaboration facilitates the integration of new research methodologies in oncology and oncohematology and contributes to significant success in cancer treatment.
