Hygeia is the first and only private clinic in Greece accredited by the international medical commission JCI, offering patients both traditional and innovative diagnostic and therapeutic services across a wide range of specialties. The institution has received 24 international awards.

Operating since 1979, Hygeia is consistently ranked among the best clinics in Europe for the quality of medical care. It features a large 500-bed inpatient hospital, comfortable patient rooms, a VIP unit, advanced laboratory and diagnostic facilities, 38 intensive care units, and 18 operating rooms equipped with innovative robotic, computer-assisted, and hybrid technologies.

Hygeia is located in the northern part of Athens, close to the international airport, which simplifies transfers for medical tourists. Russian-speaking staff and interpreters are available. Accommodation for patients together with relatives or caregivers is provided.
