Rudolfinerhaus is a multidisciplinary clinic located in an elite district of Vienna, founded in 1882. From the beginning, the clinic has prioritized patient comfort and needs, which led to the establishment of the first nursing school in Austria within Rudolfinerhaus. The efforts of the staff have paid off: Rudolfinerhaus not only earned an impeccable reputation but also became the first private clinic in Austria to receive ISO EN 9001:2000 quality certification for all services and specialties.
17% of the clinic’s patients are international, with the majority coming from Russia, Ukraine, and Romania. The high number of foreign patients prompted the creation of an International Department with translators for various languages. Its staff ensures that patients feel at home and do not face language barriers.
Like all medical institutions in Austria, Rudolfinerhaus uses modern treatment methods that meet international standards. Its main distinguishing feature is not only the quality of treatment but also the outstanding inpatient facilities, more akin to a five-star hotel than a hospital:
-
spacious and bright rooms with adjustable beds, television, internet, and free delivery of fresh newspapers
-
an on-site restaurant and in-room meals, either from a pre-designed menu or individually tailored
-
a large garden of 5,000 square meters with flowers and century-old trees, offering shaded areas for relaxation
