Everything is worse than it should be. The doctors with whom I had scheduled appointments did not show up. I met with other doctors, but they first doubted my records, and then claimed that no problems were detected during the examination. I returned home without getting an answer to a single question. The service offered me not the best clinic.

I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the hip joint. Otherwise known as coxarthrosis. In my city, there were no hospitals providing high-quality medical services, so for the operation I preferred to turn to specialists. I did not like my visit to the HELIOS Berlin-Buch clinic. Everything was bad. During the consultation, the doctor did not say anything new. The medical staff is arrogant. The coordinator tried to brighten my stay at the clinic and solve emerging issues, but this was not always effective.

I decided to get rid of the problem radically and have a radiofrequency ablation. I must say, heart surgery is quite an exciting procedure. But at the clinic, I felt much calmer. The staff inspires confidence that everything will be fine. No unnecessary fuss. And that's how it turned out. Now I have a correct heart rhythm, I feel good. Thank you to everyone who helped organize this trip and conduct the treatment.

At the moment, I am undergoing chemotherapy prescribed by the doctors. A couple of weeks have passed since my last visit. The treatment has been going on for half a year.
