• Graduated from the medical faculty of Vilnius University.
• Head of the Cardiology and Angiology Center at Vilnius University Hospital "Santariškių klinikos".
• Since 2006 – Honored Physician of Lithuania. In 2011, awarded the St. Christopher statuette. In 2013, for special merits in cardiac surgery, the professor was awarded the Officer's Cross of the Order of the Lithuanian Grand Duke Gediminas.

Together with colleagues, introduced the latest technologies for treating arrhythmias for the first time in Lithuania.

Haim Lotan is the head of the cardiology department at the Hadassah Medical Center. Specializes in heart valve prosthetics, stenting, and clinical cardiology. Has 39 years of work experience.

• Specialization: treatment of atherosclerosis, cellular medicine, diagnostics, coronary and peripheral artery interventions.
• Trained in interventional cardiology methods in Thailand, India, Korea, USA.
• Member of the Thai Medical Council, the Royal College, the Heart Association of Thailand under the Royal Patronage.
