I really liked the communication with the doctors and with the medical coordinator Anna, who was always in touch and available for any questions. We were also accompanied by translator Atajan, who was with us throughout the entire trip. It's convenient that there is not only transfer from the airport but also to the hospital and back from the apartment where we stayed. Upon arriving at the hospital, we underwent examinations promptly, with almost no waiting anywhere. However, our treatment was scheduled after 2 weeks, but we knew the approximate waiting times in advance and were prepared for it. This was because we had to wait for the biopsy results. The reports were translated into Russian. They also promised consultations and support when we are back home for treatment, online. We haven't received it yet and cannot assess the quality. Regarding the treatment, it's difficult for me to talk about the result yet; the patient was very weak, we arrived in serious condition, but some positive changes are already noticeable, it's only been a week, and this is only the first course of chemotherapy.
