Dan Fliss is a widely known Israeli ENT doctor specializing in surgical oncology of the head, neck, and skull base. The doctor's wide recognition is due to his many years of experience in performing the most complex operations and tumor removals using innovative advanced methods in endoscopic and laparoscopic surgery.

Dr. Fliss received his medical education at the University of Bologna, then continued his education, specializing at the Moshe Soroka Clinical Center at a university in Israel.

The doctor also completed an internship at the "Sunnybrook" scientific medical center and specialized in neurosurgery of the cervical spine at the University Hospital in Bern, Switzerland.

2001–2012 – otorhinolaryngologist at Clinical Hospital No. 1 of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.

Since 2012 – head of the otolaryngology department at Clinical Hospital No. 1 of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.

Author of a number of scientific works, articles, and publications on surgical treatment of ENT diseases. Successfully combines scientific work with practical work, performs planned and emergency ENT surgeries.
