Treatment and diagnostics for abroad

I first came to Asklepios six months ago and had heart surgery for atrial fibrillation. Everything went well, but I didn't even understand the whole process, it all seemed too smooth. The operation was quick. Then a consultation with the doctor, a brief conversation. No further recommendations were given, I was a bit confused because of this. On the day of discharge, I was given documents in German. I had to ask friends for translation. It took a very long time to issue a prescription for medication, and considering that in Germany I had to buy them myself at the pharmacy. I don't know what went wrong, but after a couple of weeks I had a relapse, the arrhythmia didn't let go for 4 days. I had to do an ECG myself, which confirmed it. I had to look for explanations on the internet, as calling Germany was not possible. Now everything is fine, such attacks don't happen. But a bad aftertaste remains. Moreover, I was counting on the initially stated amount of 22 thousand euros and 2 in deposit. The deposit was not returned to me in the end. I didn't understand if it was marketing or if I paid for something. I can compare with the quality of service in Israel and must say to those who will contact Asklepios: think and look for an alternative. The treatment is good, of course, but the attitude leaves much to be desired.

I liked everything during my treatment at Medipol University Hospital: the professionalism of the doctors, the attention and politeness of the medical staff, the sterile cleanliness of the operating and dressing rooms, the cozy ward. I am somewhat put off by what I consider to be slightly inflated prices. Throughout my stay at the hospital, I was accompanied by a coordinator. Professional translators helped communicate with doctors and staff. I am returning home in a good mood with a restored rhythm.

I think the service is excellent. I was offered a choice of several centers for treating cardiac arrhythmias and was unobtrusively recommended Dr. Carlo Pappone, who works at the Italian clinic San Donato. The treatment was successful. After all procedures, I paid for the services directly to the clinic. The price did not exceed the one quoted by the service representative. I highly recommend it.

I am satisfied with the treatment at the Burdenko Main Military Clinical Hospital. There were no problems. The ward is clean and cozy. Doctors and nurses are polite. High-quality food. State-of-the-art equipment from leading world manufacturers. After the treatment, I felt as if I was born again. In the future, I will also use the service.

After my heart rhythm was disturbed, I contacted hospitals-travel. They offered me several centers. I settled on the HELIOS Berlin-Buch clinic in Germany. The professor was very polite during the consultation. He conducted an examination, studied the results of previously performed tests, and suggested performing a minimally invasive procedure. The professor was so convincing that I believed him. I will definitely come to have the operation.
