Dan Fliss is a widely known Israeli ENT doctor specializing in surgical oncology of the head, neck, and skull base. Dr. Fliss received his medical education at the University of Bologna, then continued his education, specializing at the Moshe Soroka Clinical Center at a university in Israel.
