I decided to undergo a comprehensive VIP examination at Memorial «Sisli» Hospital. During my stay at the hospital, I had some problems, which the company resolved promptly. The contact persons answered all questions and provided support. I was unpleasantly surprised when, after undergoing additional tests, their results were announced not by the doctor but by the interpreter. And the day before, I was offered to pay extra for a professor's consultation. After my demand to still arrange a meeting with the professor, a nurse came and said that my test results were normal. I demanded a refund for the service not provided. I managed to get compensation after lengthy negotiations with the hospital coordinator. I will never undergo a Check-up examination at this hospital again.

I am very grateful for the highest professionalism to neurosurgeon Mustafa Kemal. Good people work at «LIV DENTAL CLINIC». They treated my problem with understanding and supported me in everything. Special thanks to the translators. Without their help, communication would have been difficult.
