Good afternoon! I want to leave feedback about the clinic. I chose it by contacting the service. I needed a consultation with an oncologist. I am satisfied with the clinic. The girls who worked with me were fluent in Russian. The hospital staff speaks even English poorly, and this creates communication difficulties. The hospital has a lot of modern equipment, and the doctor was able to quickly establish an accurate diagnosis.

Treatment at the "Anadolu" Medical Center left a mixed impression. It's nice that we got a discount at the clinic, and we had a translator. The doctors seem competent. The medical staff is polite and attentive. We expected the clinic staff to speak English, but they don't. The hospital is clean and cozy. The coordinating doctor tried his best to smooth out the unpleasant moments.

I really liked the clinic. They picked me up by car from the hotel themselves and brought me back themselves. Five-star service, the staff is competent, professional. The doctor is a great specialist. The operation was quick, without extra pain or other unpleasant sensations. After the operation, the pain was well managed, so there was no great suffering. I was satisfied with the clinic visit. I was recommended the center, that they can really solve the problem here. And yes, the doctor was professional, I can hear again. Organization-wise, everything also went well. Meetings occurred at the appointed time, no waiting was necessary. While on vacation in Turkey, my ear started hurting. I called the service specialists, and they suggested "Memorial Sisli" Hospital. It is located very close to the hotel where I was staying. The doctor quickly examined me, made a diagnosis, and performed a minor operation - a paracentesis. He prescribed medications that target the microbes that caused the inflammation. Now everything is wonderful. I am in a great mood and continuing my vacation.

The translations between the doctor and patient were inaccurate, and the coordinator worked poorly. The doctors made an incorrect diagnosis, as a result of which I was not cured of adenoids. I do not recommend choosing the "Medical Park" hospital network when selecting a medical center in Turkey.
