06/03/2019. My 19-year-old son underwent a bone marrow transplant. We express our great gratitude to Professor Deniz, her team of doctors, resuscitator doctors, and junior medical staff for their professionalism and kindness. Special thanks to the coordinator of the international department Svetlana, translators Aida, Zholdyz, Davud and others, the guys coordinating the transfer Sino, Nurali and others, as well as the drivers. Thank you all very much for your kindness and sensitivity. We do not regret choosing the "Medipol mega" clinic.

I am satisfied with the organization of my visit to Medipol University Hospital. I was met at the airport by a coordinator who accompanied me to the hotel. The single room has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The professor who consulted me confirmed my diagnosis and adjusted the treatment. Unfortunately, the translator who was with me did not know medical terms well enough, and this prevented me from hearing precise answers to my questions.

A year ago, a close person was diagnosed with "Acute leukemia". At that time he was 27 years old. To save his life, a bone marrow transplant was needed. It is impossible to perform this procedure in Ukraine. We spent quite a lot of time searching for a clinic with the most affordable price and the best reputation. Thank you to the service coordinator. He did not advertise any specific clinic. He offered a choice, heard my request, and helped me navigate. In general, he was very polite and behaved like a true professional. Within a week, we brought Dmitry to Istanbul to start treatment. Alexey, thank you for your constant support. It was very valuable to us.
