I was very satisfied with the work of the service and the examination. A real team of professionals worked with me. The urologist, Dr. Gross, ordered a comprehensive examination. His English is excellent, so communication was not difficult at all. The coordinating doctor and the entire medical team at the clinic were very professional. I did not waste time standing in lines, received the conclusion and doctor's recommendations on time.

Thanks to the service, I underwent a treatment course at the international hospital «Bumrungrad». The service at the hospital is truly excellent, and the quality of room cleaning – is simply amazing. Doctors and nurses are very modest and treat patients really well. I believe they perform all procedures professionally. Communication with the staff is only possible through an interpreter because most clinic employees only speak Thai.

I decided to undergo a comprehensive VIP examination at Memorial «Sisli» Hospital. During my stay at the hospital, I had some problems, which the company resolved promptly. The contact persons answered all questions and provided support. I was unpleasantly surprised when, after undergoing additional tests, their results were announced not by the doctor but by the interpreter. And the day before, I was offered to pay extra for a professor's consultation. After my demand to still arrange a meeting with the professor, a nurse came and said that my test results were normal. I demanded a refund for the service not provided. I managed to get compensation after lengthy negotiations with the hospital coordinator. I will never undergo a Check-up examination at this hospital again.
