Myocardial infarction - damage to the heart muscle caused by a circulatory disorder in the arteries due to atherosclerotic plaques.

In the treatment and diagnosis of heart diseases in Hunchun, a complex of modern techniques is used. Electrocardiography and coronarography allow determining the place of artery blockage, and drug therapy using new drugs relieves pain, thins the blood and normalizes blood pressure.

Minimally invasive carotid endarterectomy is used to remove plaques from the artery and normalize blood flow. Angioplasty with stenting allows expanding the arteries and preventing their repeated narrowing. The procedure is performed under general anesthesia using radiopaque substances.

To restore blood flow when several vessels are blocked, coronary artery bypass grafting is used. In which doctors create bypass routes for blood flow by installing shunts from biocompatible materials.

In Hunchun, bypass surgery is performed by a minimally invasive method and does not involve opening the chest.

Rehabilitation after surgical intervention includes therapeutic physical training and diet. As well as activation of physical activity to prevent recurrences of the disease.
