After doctors discovered a thyroid tumor in my brother, we decided to be treated abroad. With the help of service employees, we chose the best clinic. We will also undergo treatment at the HELIOS Berlin-Buch clinic.

Despite carefully choosing a medical facility from many clinics offered by the service employees, the reality turned out to be terrible. To register, I stood in line with other patients for an hour. After that, I waited a long time for the professor's consultation. The coordinator doctor was nearby all the time. He tried to help me, but nothing came of it. I do not recommend contacting the Solingen City Clinical Hospital.

My mother was in the endocrinology department of the Charité clinic for about 10 days. She developed complications of diabetes mellitus. The clinic employs professional doctors, but the attitude of the staff shocked us. Nurses cannot get into a vein, as a result of which my mother developed hematomas on her arms. Hygiene rules were not observed during manipulations. I had to demand that the nurse treat his hands with antiseptic and put on gloves. No one monitored whether the patient was taking medications or not. We will not go to this hospital again.
