Diagnosis and treatment of Gastritis in hospitals South Korea

My husband and I came to the clinic for the second time to have his intestines examined. During the colonoscopy, the doctor discovered polyps and immediately removed them. We were accompanied by an interpreter the whole time. She helped us communicate with the doctors. We are satisfied with the service.

Everything went well and even great, only it was very expensive. At the "Asan" medical center, doctors provide medical care at a high professional level. The medical staff is attentive to the wishes of patients and their relatives. All procedures are done very well, but they are not cheap.

I am endlessly grateful to the entire staff of the "Severance" clinic in South Korea for their professionalism. I was amazed not only by the qualifications of the Korean specialists and the impeccable politeness of the staff but also by the technical equipment.

I want to especially note the work of my doctor, who performed an incredibly complex operation and freed me from cancer. I must also mention the interpreter: I am grateful for the accurate and understandable translation of all medical terms and the willingness to help in any situation.

I recommend that everyone who has the opportunity go here for treatment.

I was greatly impressed by the attitude of the staff and doctors towards patients, and I also liked the hospital itself. I especially want to thank the coordinators for their support. I don't speak Korean, so they translated all important information into Russian for me.

My stay at “Soon Chun Hyang” brought me a lot of impressions!

Everything was new to me: it was my first time in Korea and undergoing a package examination at a foreign clinic, specifically, a colonoscopy. Of course, I was nervous at first, but I soon realized there was no reason to worry.

I always had an escort: they took me directly from the airport to the diagnostic center, where I met friendly coordinators and interpreters. The clinic itself is more like a spa – clean, bright, with even music playing.

Doctors explain in detail what they are doing and why, answering every single question. They delve into the patient's problems and don't finish the examination until they understand exactly the cause of the ailment.

Everything happened very quickly. I finished the procedures without any delays, found out that large polyps were discovered during the colonoscopy – and an hour later, with my consent, they were preparing me for surgery.

Overall, I liked everything!

When my husband and I decided to have a full body check-up, we, without hesitation, went to Korea. Suitable doctors were found at the “Soon Chun Hyang” clinic near Seoul: a cardiologist for my husband and a dermatologist for me.

I took an extended package for GI tract examination, so I was prescribed a CT scan and colonoscopy. For preparation, I drank a bowel cleansing medication – it tastes like lemonade.

At the hospital, we changed clothes, visited a therapist, and went for the procedures. Almost everything was done on one floor, and we were free by the first half of the day. The doctors took into account that I'm afraid of injections and combined the blood draw with another procedure to avoid two pricks. I liked how delicately they treated this.

As a result, no serious abnormalities were found, and we were given recommendations for lifestyle changes. A pleasant bonus: we received tickets to a water park, a gift for those undergoing colonoscopy.

I chose “Soon Chun Hyang” after reading reviews online and learning they use the most modern equipment. Moreover, the clinic was running a promotion: 2 nights' accommodation + consultation for $50.

First of all, my visit to Korea was memorable for how conveniently everything was organized. My apartment was 5 minutes from the hospital and had everything necessary for living. In the hospital buildings, you can exchange money or have a snack at a cafe. The international department staff accompany patients at all stages of the examination, even sitting nearby and waiting for the appointment if needed.

The clinic also organized airport transfer both ways.

I had to see doctors at the end of 2016, right before the New Year. At “Soon Chun Hyang”, I and my companions were met by the international center staff. The entire time we spent in Korea, they were ready to help at any moment.

After the examination, I needed treatment, and it was carried out at an outstanding level. I am immensely grateful to the doctors for their professionalism and kindness.

For a full body check-up, I chose “Hanyang”. It's a center affiliated with the medical university, combining an outpatient clinic, diagnostic department, and treatment buildings.

Right upon arrival, I was met by an interpreter. Subsequently, he was always in touch and ready to advise on any issue, even currency exchange and other everyday matters.

Treatment organization was handled by coordinator Lyudmila. She did everything so that I promptly underwent the necessary examinations, scheduled additional ones, received treatment and consultations.

Overall, I have only the best memories of my stay in Korea. Even the procedures in the gastroenterology and colonoscopy departments went without discomfort! I had them twice and never experienced pain or other unpleasant sensations. When I had a free minute, I walked around Seoul and had a very interesting time.
