Family diagnostics in Korea

I really liked the service at the clinic. Wonderful doctors and coordinators work there. The clinic's infrastructure is modern. The medical center is equipped with the latest equipment. A competent interpreter accompanied me all the time. The medical staff paid close attention to my wishes.

I came for an examination, I am satisfied. The clinic is clean and cozy. All procedures were completed on time. The doctor's appointment is quite expensive and paid separately. You shouldn't expect a lot of attention here; within about ten minutes he commented on the tests - and that's it, goodbye. The clinic does not treat with unverified methods or unclear diseases like dystonia.

At the clinic, we were admitted quickly and well, everything was explained clearly during the consultation, and tests were scheduled. The results were prepared in just 2 days. It turned out everything is fine with me, even though I came to you with a great fear that they would confirm cancer. Thank you very much!!! The clinic is top-notch, the attending physician is a professional! Now I tell my acquaintances how Korea differs from Russia - in efficiency and clarity of actions, and we patients are not left in fear of the unknown! Now I am sure that I am healthy, but I realized that nothing is more valuable than health when it seems to be hanging by a thread! Take care of yourselves everyone and get examined!

Everything in the clinic is organized properly. The examination took little time. The interpreter was constantly nearby. The doctors quickly conducted the examinations using modern equipment. I will be completely satisfied when they send the results of the remaining tests and the examination report.

I liked everything, but I expected something extraordinary for such money. There are better hospitals in Russia than QIMS. And the cost of treatment is lower, and the doctors are no worse. I got the impression that the examination was like on a conveyor belt. The cost of consultations with narrow specialists in Korea is unreasonably high. The staff is polite and attentive. They perform procedures well. My research results turned out to be the same as at home. I didn't learn anything new, I just spent money.

The service organized everything at the highest level. In 2 days, I went through all the diagnostic procedures and received reports on them. The clinic staff is polite. Everything is clean. Tests are taken carefully, without pain. I will recommend both the service and the clinic to my friends. I am satisfied with my trip.

All clinic staff are polite to patients. Unfortunately, I received the report in Korean. Now I am waiting for the English version.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the representative in Kazakhstan, Elena, for organizing the trip to the Samsung clinic in Seoul. The entire process of my stay in Korea was organized very thoroughly: the hotel, transfer from the airport, an interpreter at the clinic, the schedule of visits to the doctors I requested... I am glad I chose Samsung, modern equipment, speed, and attentive doctors and staff! I wish prosperity to the employees of Hospitals-Travel!

My husband and I went to "Severance" in June 2016.

My husband has heart problems, which made themselves known as soon as we arrived in Korea. He felt unwell, and we went straight from the airport to the "Severance" intensive care unit. The department is simply huge, with modern diagnostic and patient monitoring equipment at every bed.

About the clinic itself, I can only say one thing: super. I liked everything: the care from the staff (including interpreters), the competent approach to treatment, fantastic equipment - I had only seen such things on TV before. The results exceeded all expectations!

Now we will only get treatment and examinations here.
