I liked everything at the university hospital «Medipol». The clinic is clean, cozy. The doctors perform their duties professionally. The medical staff is polite. The dietary meals are excellently prepared.

I came for a consultation at the "Anadolu" Medical Center on the recommendation of the service. I liked everything here. The doctors are polite and courteous. The medical staff was attentive to my wishes. After an additional examination, the doctor prescribed treatment. He said he prescribed the best drugs that would allow me to recover quickly.

I am not satisfied with the service. I had to stand in lines for a long time, and I did not get the expected result. The doctor who consulted me is pleasant to communicate with, but he did not delve into the essence of the problem I came with. I think the time and money were wasted. Huge thanks to the interpreter. He was constantly nearby, helping in communication with the medical staff.

It took only 3 days to find the cause of my health problems. They conducted a comprehensive examination and determined a severe vitamin D deficiency. Therapist Derya Argun helped me. She prescribed vitamin D correction, and my condition changed for the better. The doctor gave me precise recommendations on how and for how many months to take vitamin D, how often to monitor its level in the blood. I didn't like that at Medipol the doctors are disorganized, fussy, always in a hurry somewhere. The ultrasound doctor did not indicate the size of the gallbladder. After the gastroscopy, they refused to provide the video recording of the examination.

Comfortable conditions for patients' stay have been created at the clinic. The doctor-coordinator accompanied me at all stages of treatment. Rehabilitation after surgery is successful. I am leaving the hospital with a feeling of gratitude for the assistance provided to me.
