I was a patient at Memorial Şişli Hospital and underwent treatment for atherosclerosis. We came here with my mom, she had consultations with a cardiologist and a neurologist. The level of customer service pleasantly surprised us: all staff are polite and attentive. Several coordinators worked with us, who were constantly in touch, competently scheduled meetings with doctors, and helped in choosing hotels near the clinic. We had 2 translators: Leyla and Nino, who made the process of staying in a foreign city comfortable.

Thanks to the trip organizers. They met me at the airport, settled me in an excellent hotel, provided transfers from the hotel to the clinic and back. I am disappointed with the examination. It is a complete pumping of money. The renowned doctor Hasim Ustunsoy during the preliminary consultation painted everything beautifully, gave great hopes, but at the same time did not say about the need to undergo a number of expensive examinations. During the visit to the clinic, he gave such a prognosis that I wanted to run home faster. As a result, the studies showed that everything was fine with me.

I liked everything during my treatment at Medipol University Hospital: the professionalism of the doctors, the attention and politeness of the medical staff, the sterile cleanliness of the operating and dressing rooms, the cozy ward. I am somewhat put off by what I consider to be slightly inflated prices. Throughout my stay at the hospital, I was accompanied by a coordinator. Professional translators helped communicate with doctors and staff. I am returning home in a good mood with a restored rhythm.

I got the impression that the money spent on the examination was thrown away. I underwent examinations, took tests. In the end, the consultation lasted 5 minutes, the doctor didn't really explain anything. I took the documents I received after all this examination and went with them to a doctor in Moscow. It turned out that the necessary information was insufficient and I needed to continue examinations to understand the cause of my such attacks.

I am satisfied with the treatment at "Memorial Sisli" Hospital. It has good doctors and medical workers, but some girls don't behave very well. I was unpleasantly surprised by the high prices. Initially, we agreed that the operation would be performed for a lower cost. The surgery was successful. A stent was placed in me, and I am returning home.

When my blood pressure started to rise, with the assistance of the service specialists, I contacted Memorial Şişli Hospital. Everything went great. The doctor at the appointment performed an electrocardiogram, prescribed medication, after which my condition improved and my blood pressure normalized. He advised me to undergo a comprehensive examination. I liked the attitude of the medical staff towards me, so I will definitely visit the hospital again.

I liked the high level of service. The clinic is clean and cozy. Doctors and nurses are attentive to patients' wishes. The doctor who observed me gave recommendations for further treatment and lifestyle. My well-being has improved significantly.
