Andrey Vasilyevich Kovtun is an outstanding gastroenterologist, Candidate of Medical Sciences. Currently, he works at the National Medical and Surgical Center named after N.I. Pirogov.
In 1998, he graduated from the 3rd Faculty of the Military Medical Academy in St. Petersburg, receiving a honors diploma.
In 1999, he completed a clinical internship in the specialty "therapy" at the S.M. Kirov Military Medical Academy.
In 2005, he completed a clinical residency in the specialty "therapy" at the Department of Internal Medicine (Military Medicine) of the State Institute for Advanced Training of Physicians of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
