He listened to my wishes and promptly provided the necessary information about medical centers in Germany. I chose the Nordwest clinic. The visit went excellently. The doctor reviewed the results of previous tests and adjusted the treatment. I feel much better.

With the help of hospitals-travel employees, I chose the Solingen City Clinical Hospital. It is well-reviewed by patients. Indeed, the clinic is equipped with the latest equipment. The hospital is ideally clean, with no unpleasant odors. The doctor suggested the optimal method for treating my condition. We are currently undergoing a course of drug therapy.

I came to the clinic to find out the cause of intestinal problems. The doctor talked to me and prescribed tests and a probe examination. I was afraid that they would find something related to oncology. But it turned out that I have dysbiosis, it can be cured. I am grateful to the staff for politeness and responsiveness, to the doctors for professionalism.

I conducted a video consultation with Professor K. Rangger. I was satisfied with my interaction with the professor and the result of the consultation. However, there were some misunderstandings. I was sure that, as in any clinic here, the result of the consultation should be a written report issued to me in Russian and German. That's not the case; the consultant has no such obligation. Nevertheless, they responded to my request, and I received the report. Of course, this speaks well of the work of Nordwest. Still, there were undesirable moments. The staff were not always polite to me, sometimes speaking simply disrespectfully. I consider such behavior unacceptable, especially since a consultation at such a clinic cost a lot of money. But overall, my impression of the clinic is still good.

Overall, the level of medical services provided is quite high. But many verbal agreements with the managers of the international department were either not fulfilled at all or not fully fulfilled. I believe this is unacceptable in a clinic that the service offers to patients.
