Treatment and diagnostics comprehensive diagnostic package in Bangkok, Thailand

Thanks to the service, I underwent a treatment course at the international hospital «Bumrungrad». The service at the hospital is truly excellent, and the quality of room cleaning – is simply amazing. Doctors and nurses are very modest and treat patients really well. I believe they perform all procedures professionally. Communication with the staff is only possible through an interpreter because most clinic employees only speak Thai.

I am 52 years old, I have no health complaints, but I decided to get checked. I was satisfied with everything at the clinic. The staff is very polite, works efficiently, and communicates in a friendly manner. Very clean. I not only took tests but also received a consultation to understand what changes there are. Thailand – is a beautiful country, but it is very difficult to communicate with Thais. During the examination, I communicated with doctors through an interpreter. The difficulty was that not all medical staff understood English. The diagnosis was carried out qualitatively and quickly.  There was a problem with food, as Thai cuisine is very different from European cuisine.

The examination went quite comfortably. The main problem I had to face was purchasing medicines according to the prescriptions issued by doctors.

A service representative kindly met me at the airport and organized the transfer to the hotel. The single room was modest but clean and comfortable. At the clinic, I was accompanied to all procedures by a doctor-coordinator. The entire examination process was excellently organized, I didn't waste time standing in queues. At the end of the examinations, I received a report on all tests and diagnostic procedures in English.

My wife and I came to the international hospital «Bumrungrad» to find out why she cannot get pregnant. I had examinations with a doctor who deals with male problems. He is accommodating and responsive. All clinic staff were polite. I did not experience any discomfort during the examination. After receiving the recommendations, my wife and I will plan the pregnancy. We hope that conception will be successful and she will carry the baby without complications.

After arriving at the clinic, we were met by a doctor-coordinator. He organized quick blood tests. Other examinations also didn't take much time. However, we had to wait a long time for the test results and the doctor's recommendations. I was unpleasantly surprised when I received the report in Turkish. The version translated into English had to be waited for about a week.

I went for a check-up at Bumrungrad Clinic in Bangkok. So to speak, I decided to combine business with pleasure. Vacation and health check. I think sunny Thailand was the best option for this. Special thanks to the managers at hospitals-travel for finding the medical center. The trip was organized perfectly, and I'm not exaggerating. Comfortable transfer, met at the airport, there was a separate car from the hotel to the clinic. The hotel was beyond praise. I had a personal coordinator who accompanied me to the appointments. And Thailand is delightful, so I was left with excellent impressions. Plus, the examination went well, which couldn't help but make me happy.
