Diagnosis of the cardiovascular system in clinics Türkiye

We flew to the new Istanbul airport for a medical check-up. We were met, taken to the hotel. In the morning we went to the clinic, though the clinic is quite far from the airport and from the center of Istanbul, it took 2.5 hours to get there. The clinic is located in Gebze, a district of Istanbul. We were provided with a translator. The clinic is comfortable, we didn't wait long in line. The doctors are attentive and competent. They make diagnoses only after thorough examination. The results are in Turkish, translation can only be given in English. A diagnosis was made, medication was prescribed. I decided to undergo a comprehensive VIP examination at Memorial «Sisli» Hospital. During my stay at the hospital, I had some problems, which the company resolved promptly. The contact persons answered all questions and provided support. I was unpleasantly surprised when, after undergoing additional tests, their results were announced not by the doctor but by the interpreter. And the day before, I was offered to pay extra for a professor's consultation. After my demand to still arrange a meeting with the professor, a nurse came and said that my test results were normal. I demanded a refund for the service not provided. I managed to get compensation after lengthy negotiations with the hospital coordinator. I will never undergo a Check-up examination at this hospital again.

It was my first time visiting Turkey and this clinic, but despite that, everything went well. The translator was attentive and accurate in interpretations, the hospital staff – friendly, and the doctors – extremely attentive.  I was impressed by all the amenities in the hospital, the quality of my full medical check-up by all specialists.

I had a consultation at the Anadolu Medical Center. I really liked it. The doctors are competent, the nurses are very polite. I underwent examination for heart disease quickly. There is one problem – the clinic staff does not speak English. I also received the report in Turkish, and an English version was promised to be sent by email. Two weeks have passed. Still nothing. 

Everything went fine. I quickly took the tests, underwent diagnostic procedures and received the report.
