The contact persons answered all questions and provided support. I was unpleasantly surprised when, after undergoing additional tests, their results were announced not by the doctor but by the interpreter. And the day before, I was offered to pay extra for a professor's consultation. After my demand to still arrange a meeting with the professor, a nurse came and said that my test results were normal. I demanded a refund for the service not provided. I managed to get compensation after lengthy negotiations with the hospital coordinator. I will never undergo a Check-up examination at this hospital again.
