I was at the Raffles clinic in January. I have spine problems, a herniated disc, it's still far from surgery, thank God, but it causes discomfort—here it pulls, there it aches, well, those who have such "luck"—understand. I had to look for options. Raffles offered a consultation in the Chinese traditional medicine department. For about 30 minutes, they talked with me in great detail, conducted pulse diagnosis (the doctor immediately identified my main problem, which isn't even related to my back). We had the translator Lyuda with us, who explained everything very well. They immediately prescribed procedures, but I only had 3 free days, so I didn't get the full effect, but after the first procedure, the constant aching pain (the most annoying one) went away, plus they reinforced this effect two more times, I hope. But I understand it won't last long, I should have stayed for 2 weeks and done the full course (they said then I wouldn't suffer for at least a year). They gave me some magical patch, told me to apply it when I feel pain, and I would immediately feel better, but 10 days have passed, and nothing hurts yet. Thanks to the doctor, translator Lyudmila, and the Raffles clinic! Everything was done very promptly! The hospital itself made a very good impression, many foreigners, including Europeans. Singapore itself is a magnificent city.

Friends advised us to go for treatment in Singapore. I was getting worse every day, treatment—chemotherapy—didn't help, it seemed it only worsened the situation. We decided that in such a situation we had to grab any chance and started looking for treatment options abroad. We found many options—mainly I looked at Asia because we live nearby. I liked the response from the "Thomson" clinic the most, so we went there.
The city simply amazed my husband and me! And the clinic too—there is no hospital atmosphere at all, it's bright, beautiful, clean. Very pleasant staff, the attitude from them is very sincere and warm. The doctor always encouraged me, didn't let me lose hope. And also, the employees are very professional, they work clearly—I underwent all examinations without queues, quickly got to surgery.
I realized that I was really helped, that this nightmare was over, only at home. I just couldn't believe that there would be no more pain, exhausting chemo, visits to doctors. Of course, I will still need to undergo regular check-ups, but now tests show that everything is fine, there are no new tumors.

I am a doctor myself, so I can evaluate Singaporean medicine from a professional point of view.
I have been to Singapore several times and during another visit, I caught a cold somewhere. I decided not to let it run its course and see a doctor. After a brief search, I chose "Raffles"—the center is very well-known, and besides, it was not far from my hotel; I couldn't have gone far in my condition.
The first thing that amazed me was the interior. The hall looked luxurious, as if I had entered an expensive hotel, not a hospital. At the registration desk, I was greeted by friendly girls who took me to the right doctor.
And here I was amazed by the second thing—how thoroughly the doctor examined me to make a diagnosis and make sure that I really had the flu, not some Asian fever. It seems like an ordinary cold, but the doctor approached the matter very seriously!
Fortunately, it was indeed the flu. I was prescribed and immediately given medication, and I saw that the treatment regimen differed from the Russian one. It seemed more rational to me, which I was convinced of the very next morning when I realized I felt much better.

We consulted doctors in Singapore unexpectedly: during a vacation in Indonesia, our son fell seriously ill and needed medical attention. A local doctor said they couldn't help with such things there and that we needed to go to Singapore. So, we urgently gathered our things and headed there, while simultaneously searching online for information about good clinics in our specialty. We found "Gleneagles" online and realized that was the place for us.
Our son underwent a gastroscopy, and the results were explained to us immediately, followed by a treatment plan. Very fast and professional!
After that, we decided to stay in the city longer and undergo a full check-up. We chose a complete diagnostic package and additional consultations with specialists. We were pleased that everything proceeded very efficiently, the doctors were friendly, open, and positive. Comparing this experience with communicating with Russian doctors - it's like night and day! Here, doctors speak calmly and politely, they communicate any diagnosis very correctly, without any intimidation.
The organization of treatment is also top-notch - we only encountered queues for appointments or examinations a couple of times, but they quickly "dissipated." Of course, all the equipment is amazing and very modern.
And we can't not talk about the city. Incredible architecture, amusement parks, and attractions - you can't imagine it, you have to see it!

I went to "Mount Elizabeth" because I decided to combine my vacation with something useful and get checked for a long-standing concern. A large lump appeared on my hand, it didn't hurt but was bothersome and wouldn't go away.
In Singapore, I was advised to go to a clinic in the city center. A surgeon examined me and right there proposed removing the growth under general anesthesia. The whole thing took no more than an hour, and I was able to leave for my other errands. I returned a couple of days later to have the stitches removed.

My husband never complained about health problems, and then suddenly he had a severe stomach ache. We immediately went to see doctors and learned the diagnosis: "stomach cancer."
Naturally, we started looking for treatment options and settled on Singapore. Then everything happened very quickly - we flew in, had the examination, and the surgery. The very next day my husband felt great, and we were discharged just 4 days later. He recovered so quickly because the cancer was at an early stage and was removed without incisions, using an endoscope, and then no radiation or chemotherapy was prescribed.
Of course, not everything is so rosy. There are dietary restrictions, and later he will need regular check-ups to catch any recurrence, if it happens.
